LATENESS

If you have not completed your treatment paperwork beforehand, I strongly encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be subject to cancellation, deposits forfeited, and policies enforced.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND FEES:

Your esthetic treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Permanent Makeup, Microblading, Brow and Lash Extension deposits/payments are non refundable, but may be applied to your rescheduled appointment. Any appointment no shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice will be subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the deposit of the scheduled service.

Due to the technical nature of the services, I kindly request that only those with an appointment are allowed in the studio.

CELL PHONES:

I kindly ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to vibrate upon arrival. Please note, that cell phone use may affect the length of your services.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. we are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
